Venue Search
We have a full database of both national and international conference venues on our database. We ill negotiate the best possible rate on your behalf, ensuring that the right venue meets your requirements.
Proposal
We are committed to providing you with a full poroposal, highlighting descriptions and costs associated with the requirements.
Site Visit
We always conduct a site visit to make sure that the venue is in full understanding of the brief. We shall go through all aspects of the event on site with you, so that when you leave you are 100% confident in the venue, that it is in a position to offer the best facilities.
Contract
We require that a contract is signed with us and the venue. The contract will define the service we provide along with our standard terms and conditions.
